who is eligible for swasthya sathi scheme: Eligibility Criteria
The applicants applying for the Swasthya Sathi Scheme must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- The person applying must be a native of West Bengal.
- To apply for this scheme, the beneficiary should not have enrolled in any other government health insurance program.
- Applicants, their spouses, their parents and their sons up to the age of 18 years and their unmarried daughters up to the age of 21 years will join the beneficiary family.
- There is no age restriction for physically handicapped and dependent family members.

How to Apply Online for Swasthya Sathi Scheme:
- First of all , go to official website of the Swasthya Sathi Scheme.
- Then Click on the Apply Online tab followed by Apply Onile for Swasthya Sathi Card.
- Now submit your mobile number and click on Get OTP button.
- Submit the correct OTP , After that Online form B will open.
- Fill all the required details and upload all the required documents.
