GATE Result 2024 Released: GATE 2024 is being conducted by IISc Bengaluru and seven IITs comprising IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, and IIT Roorkee, on behalf of the National Coordination Board (NCB) Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education Government of India. GATE Result 2024 Notification: GATE 2024 will have a total of 30 test papers comprising full papers and sectional papers. Candidates have the option to appear for one or two test papers from the allowed two-paper combinations. The GATE score obtained by the candidates will remain valid for a period of three years from the date of announcement of results.

GATE 2024 master question paper and answer key
The master question paper and answer key of various training papers were opened from 22 to 25 February 2024. The answer key was matched as per the master question paper. It may be slightly different from what is shown in the master question paper. Candidates must match it with the respective answer key to check the authenticity. Negative marking is given in the answer key. For one mark questions there is one third negative marking while for two mark questions there is two third negative marking.
- Eligibility Criteria- If you are currently in the third year of your undergraduate degree or should be pursuing higher education. Government Approved Any Other Degree Like Engineering Technology Science Architecture Immunities and Eligible to Appear for GATE 2024
- Required documents: To apply for GATE 2024 form online, candidates need to have latest photograph and category certificate in PDF format and PDF certificate along with other identification documents like Aadhar Card, Passport, Other ID cards with date of birth and name required.
- Application Fee: SC/ST/PWD –900/- All other candidates including foreign nationals – 1800/-
- photograph and signature: Candidate has to upload a good quality photograph in passport size. The photograph should be in JPEG or JPG format. Minimum and maximum 60 to 70%

GATE Result 2024 Download FAQs
You have to download the Scorecard for GATE 2024 by logging into GATE Application portal between March 22, 2024 to May 31, 2024. Please note that there is no fee for this.
The GATE 2024 Scorecard will be available ONLY for the candidates who have secured marks more than or equal to the qualifying marks mentioned for SC/ST/ PWD category of that paper. Other candidates will NOT get any scorecard for GATE 2024.
