How to Apply DVC Executive Trainee Recruitment 2024
- a) Upload a recent scanned photograph and signature of size 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm, Upload only PNG, JPG, JPEG file of maximum size 2 MB while applying. The photograph should have a clear front view of the candidate, without wearing a cap or sunglasses. The same photographs will be used during the selection process.
- b) Candidates must upload their Class Xth/XIIth Certificates or Mark sheets, Essential Qualification Certificates, GATE Scorecard etc. with photograph and signature in PDF file only (Maximum size: 2 MB).
- c) Keep the certificates/mark sheets related to academic and professional qualifications etc. ready for entering the marks.
- d) Keep the GATE-2023 Registration Number as appearing on the GATE-2023 Admit Card and GATE2023 Score Card ready before entering the details correctly in the online application. Please note that after the submission of the application, no request will be accepted regarding change in GATE Registration Number or Name.
- e) E-mail ID and Contact Number. The online application details entered in the online application form should remain valid for at least one year from the date of notice for all future correspondence. Please enter the email correctly as all important communication will be through email only.
- f) After arranging all the information/documents, candidates should visit DVC website www.dvc.gov.in and follow the instructions given in this detailed notice/advertisement. Step 1 is to fill all the details in the online application form. After filling the details, candidates can edit the data and update it. Step 2 is to upload photograph, signature and other relevant documents/certificates. Step 3 is to preview the application form and then last Step 4 is to submit the application. Application once submitted cannot be edited. Only submitted applications will be accepted.
- g) No request regarding change in any data entered by the candidate will be accepted after successful submission of application.
