All the candidates are informed that online applications are invited from eligible and willing candidates for the appointment of apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961 for training in various divisions/units/workshops of Northern Railway. Giving training in the railways will not give any right to the candidates for their absorption in the railways after successful completion of training. It will not be mandatory for the employer to offer employment to the trainee in his establishment on completion of the period of apprenticeship training. CSL Technician Bharti 2024 Education Qualification

• Graduate Education Qualification
  • The candidate must possess a degree of Engineering or Technology in the relevant subject awarded by a statutory University for the post.
  • The candidate must possess a degree of Engineering or Technology in the relevant subject awarded by an Institution authorised to grant such degrees by an Act of Parliament.
  • The candidate must have passed a graduation examination from professional bodies recognised as equivalent to the above by the State Government or the Central Government for the post.
• Technician (Diploma) Apprentice Education Qualification
  • The candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline awarded by the Council or Board of Technical Education established by the State Government for the post.
  • The candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline awarded by a University for the post.
  • The candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering and Technology awarded by an Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above for the post.

DSL Notification 2024 Selection Process

• Firstly the candidates will be shortlisted for selection on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification applicable for the respective discipline.
• Then shortlisted candidates should bring original certificates and self-attested copies of all these certificates to prove age, qualification, percentage of marks, caste, disability etc. for certificate verification before selection.
• And finally the candidates who have successfully completed the certificate verification will be considered for selection to the notified training seats in order of merit/reservation subject to provisional medical fitness.
