NTA CSIR NET 2024: Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination would be conducted by NTA for determining the eligibility of Indian Nationals for the award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and for determining eligibility for Lectureship (LS)/Assistant Professorship in certain subject areas falling under the faculty of Science & Technology.
Qualified candidate can apply online for CSIR NET 2024. In this, all the subjects of Life Science, Chemical Science, Earth Science, Physical Science, Mathematical Science will be the best exam. Register yourself as soon as the registration date opens on the official website portal. The schedule of the Joint CSIR NET June 2024 examination, conducted by the National Examination Agency, will be released after a few days on the official website. The examination will be computer based and will be conducted subject wise in different cities across the country.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants who apply for this exam, should complete the Master’s Degree in the Relevant Subject with at least 55% Marks And 50% Marks For Reserved Categories.
- If any Applicants who hold a BSc (Hons) degree with at least 55% marks can also apply for this exam.
- Applicants who enrolled in the Msc/Be/B.Tech/BPharma/MBBS Also Apply for this Exam.
- Candidates possessing only a Bachelor’s degree are eligible for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) only, not Lectureship (LS)/Assistant Professor.
Age Limit
- For JRF: The upper age limit is 28 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for SC/ST/Third gender/PwD/female applicants (up to 5 years) and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) applicants (up to 3 years).
- For Lectureship (LS)/Assistant Professor: There is no upper age limit.
