Bombay High Court Clerk Notification 2024 Apply Online Date Selection Process
The Registry of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur has been permitted to prepare a select list of 45 candidates and a waiting list of 11 candidates for the post of ‘Clerk’ (i.e. 14 existing vacancies and 31 expected vacancies) P. I.L. To reserve 4% posts (i.e. 02 posts) for persons with disabilities in the next two years in compliance with the directions given in Writ Petition (L) No. 1137/2018. No. 72 of 2018 (PIL No. 46 of 2018 Aurangabad Bench). The posts for persons with disabilities will be filled in the near future as per the notification of the Bombay High Court after identification of appropriate categories of disability.

Bombay HC LDC Bharti 2024 Education Qualification
- (i) Must have a University degree from any recognized University, preference will be given to degree holders in Law;
- (ii) Must have passed Government Commercial Certificate Examination or examination conducted by Government Board or Computer Typing Basic Course (GCC-TBC) or ITI. Government certificate in. For English typing with a speed of 40 words per minute or more;
- (iii) Must have computer certificate regarding proficiency in operation of word processor in Windows and Linux other than MS. Office, M.S. Word, WordStar7 and Open Office Org. obtained from any of the following
- Institutions:
- a- Universities established under the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994.
- b- Goa/Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
- c- NIC h) Datapro
- d- DOEACC i) SSI
- E- Aptech J) Boston
- f- NIIT k) CEDIT
- g- C-DAC l) MS-CIT
- Certificate/Qualification in respect of Computer Knowledge as specified in M) Government Resolution dated 04/02/2013, 08/01/2018 and 16/07/2018 issued by the Information Technology (GAD) Department of the Government of Maharashtra.
Bombay High Court Clerk 2024 Selection Process
- i) Candidates applying should ensure that they satisfy the prescribed eligibility conditions as on the date of publication of this advertisement. Their admission to the Test will be purely provisional and subject to verification of original certificates/documents produced at the time of oral examination.
- ii) Candidates will have to appear for the said Test and Viva-Voice, as and when called, at their own expense. They will carry the printout of the admit card along with original ID proof like Aadhar Card/PAN/Election Identity Card/Driving License/Passport etc. while appearing for the said test and oral examination.
- iii) The candidate shall ensure that the application form is filled properly. Applications not containing required details will be summarily rejected. If any particulars given by a candidate are found to be incorrect or false or it is found that the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility conditions at any stage of the selection process, his/her candidature will be rejected and such candidate will be debarred from will be given. , Will be excluded from the recruitment process without any notice and may be dismissed/terminated if appointed. Suppression of any material fact will be treated similarly.
