Bankura District Court LDC Notification 2024 Apply Online Date

All candidates are informed that the Office of the District Judge, Bankura is inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for various staff posts vide Employment Notification No. 01-2024, dated May 22, 2024. The vacancies include Upper Division Clerk, Lower Division Clerk, Seal Bailiff, Process Server and Group-D posts. Application will start from 24th May to 24th June 2024 till 6:00 PM. Candidates who are willing to apply should apply as per their qualification. -Different qualifications have been sought for different posts. Bankura District Court Bharti 2024 Education Qualification

  • Upper Division Clerk – The candidate who wants to apply must have Graduate degree
  • Lower division clerk – Candidate who wants to apply must have 10+2 or equivalent
  • Seal Bailiff – The candidate who wants to apply must have passed 10th
  • process server – The candidate who wants to apply must have passed 10th
  • Group D – The candidate who wants to apply must have passed 8th

Bankura District Court 2024 Selection Process

  • Lower Division Clerk and Seal Bailiff:- Candidates have to appear in a written examination of 100 marks consisting of 50 multiple choice questions carrying 02 marks each on Simple Arithmetic, English, Bengali and General Knowledge. 01 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. The duration of the exam will be 60 minutes. On the basis of the result of the written examination (minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the District Recruitment Committee), successful candidates will be called for personality test in the ratio of 1:5, i.e. five times the number of vacancies. , In each category, which will be of 20 marks. The final panel will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained in written examination and personality test. The standard of the examination will be the same as that of the Secondary Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.
  • Process Server and Group-D: – The candidates shall have to appear in a Written Examination of 100 marks comprising 50 Multiple Choice Questions each carrying 02 marks on Simple Arithmetic, English, Bengali and General Knowledge. 01 mark shall be deducted for each wrong answer. The duration of the Examination will be of 60 minutes. On the basis of the result of the Written Examination (the minimum qualifying marks will be fixed by the District Recruitment Committee), the successful candidates will be called for Personality Test in the ratio of 1:5, i.e., five times the number of vacancies. in each category, which will be of 20 marks. On the basis of the total marks obtained in the Written Examination and Personality Test, the final panel will be prepared. The standard of examination shall be similar to that of Class-VIII

How to Apply Bankura District Court Recruitment 2024

Part – 1

  • The applicant has to fill his basic information. After submitting the information, the applicant will be asked to verify the information submitted and make corrections if any. After verification, the applicant has to press the “I Agree” button that will appear on the screen, ensuring that the information given by him/her is in order and does not require any further correction. No further corrections/modifications will be allowed to the applicant after pressing the “I Agree” button. Now, an 8 (eight) digit numerical code will appear on the screen as Application Number which the applicant needs to remember during this recruitment process. It is suggested that the applicant must note down the application number and 8 digit password entered by him while filling the application form. Scanned passport size latest color photograph of the applicant (image format will be only .jpg and size between 30KB to 50KB) is to be uploaded at the specified place in the website. Image more than 50KB in size will not be accepted by the website. Further, black and white/unclear/blurry/tampered/morphed images, if uploaded by the applicant and found at any later stage of this recruitment process, will lead to summarily rejection of the application. The applicant must retain 6 identical copies of this uploaded photograph and produce the same before the authority on demand. The photo should be a light colored, preferably colored image on a white background

Part – 2

  • This section deals with the payment of application fee to be paid through the online payment portal of State Bank of India. On completion of the above steps, the applicant must click on the ‘Make Payment’ option and will be automatically taken to the online payment portal for payment. Applicant will have to make payment through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI/E-Challan. The application fee can be paid online till 11:59 pm. On 24.06.2024. Bank charges as determined by the Bank will be levied in addition to the application fee specified earlier. On successful payment of application fee, the Bank will provide a receipt which the applicant must note down carefully for future reference. Usually, the bank provides the status of successful receipt of payment within 72 hours of the transaction i.e. if the fee is paid on 2nd June 2024, the bank will update its status to us within 6th June 2024. Candidates are advised to log-in (using their application number and password) after 72 hours of their payment and download the filled form (which will be generated as soon as the bank provides us with successful payment status) and thus register. The process is completed. If the Bank does not receive the payment within 72 hours of the transaction, the concerned payment transaction will be considered incomplete. In such a scenario, it is advised to initiate fresh payment of application fee by logging into the portal. Candidates who opt to pay the application fee through Bank e-Challan mode: A challan will be generated by the SBI website itself. After taking the printout of the bank e-challan (within 23.59 hrs on 24.06.2024), the candidate has to visit the nearest SBI branch on working days/hours and make the payment on or before 25.06.2024 (within banking hours) . , After making the payment, the candidate will get a copy of the challan duly stamped with the journal number. Candidates are advised to preserve a copy of the candidate challan for future use.
  • Please note, candidates must complete both Part I and Part II of the application process. Partial closure of any phase. Only Part I or only Part II will be considered as ineligible applications. No further communication will be made to the candidates whose applications are considered ineligible. Applicants are advised to enter correct/valid data in respect of various information asked by the website. Incorrect details, if any, entered by any applicant will result in rejection of the application at any stage of the recruitment process.
