सीटेट परीक्षा पास करने के लिए किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक हासिल करना अनिवार्य है जिसमें सामान्य केटेगरी के कैंडिडेट को न्यूनतम अंक 60% अंक लाने होंगे जबकि अनुसूचित जाति अनुसूचित जनजाति एवं अन्य आरक्षित श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों को न्यूनतम 55% लाने होंगे|

CBSE conducts CTET exam twice a year, first in July and 2nd in December. Candidates who are successful in the first paper of CTET exam will be able to apply for teachers for classes 1 to 5 Vacancy who is successful in Paper 2, will be able to apply online for teachers teaching from class 6 to 8. After passing CTET 2024, successful persons will be eligible for recruitment for teachers in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Navodaya Vidyalaya and Army School.
