Educational Qualification

Based on the official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2024, the required qualifications and experience are given below:

For Junior Technician (Contract)(Rigger)-

• The candidate should have NAC/NTC in Rigger or Class X equivalent Board Examinations with 02 years of experience in loading and unloading in a large industry.

For Diploma Technician (Contract) (Civil)-

• The candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

For Junior Manager (Contract) (Design)-

• The candidate should have First Class Degree in Engineering Design/ Tool Engineering (and)
• The candidate should have an M. Tech in Defence Technology with a specialization in Combat Vehicle Engineering with First Class.
• The candidate should have a Minimum 2 years of Post Professional Qualification Experience in a relevant field.

For Junior Technician (Contract)(Millwright)-

• The candidate should have NAC/NTC in Millwright Mechanic / Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance / Mechanic Advanced Machine Tool Maintenance

Age Limit For AVNL Post

• The upper age limit prescribed for all the posts shall not exceed 28 years on the closing date of application.
