Balangir District Court Notification 2024 Apply Online Date
Applications are invited in the prescribed format from interested candidates for filling up the posts of Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Junior Typist, Stenographer Grade-III and Stipendiary Amin under Group ‘C’ category in the Judgeship of Balangir, on regular basis as per the pay scale mentioned for each post with usual DA and other allowances as admissible from time to time in accordance with the provisions contained in the “Odisha District and Civil Courts Judicial Staff Service (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008 as amended in 2010 and 2023” along with the scheme of examination prepared by the District Recruitment Committee, Balangir in respect of the post of Stipendiary Amin. The envelope containing the application in (Form-A) along with the required documents should be sent to the District Judge, Balangir A-Civil Court, Balangir (Patnagarh Road), Post/ Dist-Balangir, Pin-767001 through Registered Post/ Speed Post only or may be dropped in the box kept inside the Civil Court. Campus, Balangir on working days between 10 AM to 5 PM. Applications must reach the above mentioned address on or before 5 PM on 24.6.2024. Applications received after the above date and time and through any other mode will not be considered.

Balangir District Court Group C Bharti 2024 Education Qualification
- a) Should have passed at least +3 examination or any other qualification equivalent to +3 examination from a recognized University.
- b) Should have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application/Science from a recognized Institute.
- c) Should be above 18 years and below 32 years of age as on the last date fixed by the District Recruitment Committee for receipt of applications i.e. 24.6.2024. Provided that, the upper age-limit in respect of candidates belonging to reserved categories shall be relaxed in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Act, rule, order or instructions for the time being in force for the respective reserved categories.
- d) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and should have passed an examination in Odia equivalent to M.E. standard:

- (a) English – 100 marks, Time – 2 hours
(b) Arithmetic – 100 marks, Time – 1 hour
(c) General Knowledge – 100 marks, Time – 1 hour

How to Apply Balangir District Court Recruitment 2024
Candidates have to submit the following documents along with the application form for the post of Salaried Amin
- i. Self attested copy of HSC examination certificate or any equivalent certificate.
- ii. Self attested copy of certificate showing passing of at least Diploma in Computer Application issued by a recognized Institute.
- iii. Self attested copy of mark sheet of HSC examination or equivalent examination.
- iv. Self attested copy of Employment Exchange Registration Card.
- v. Three self attested recent passport size photographs and one of them to be affixed in the space provided in the application.
- v. Two self addressed envelopes with adequate postage stamps.
- vii. A self declaration regarding marital status showing that if married then one spouse is alive.
- viii. Self attested copy of caste certificate in case of reserved category.
- ix. Self attested copy of medical certificate showing percentage of physical disability issued by appropriate authority in respect of physically handicapped candidate only.
- x. Two recent character certificates issued by different gazetted officers/doctors/Sarpanch etc.
- xi. Self attested copy of Revenue Inspector Training Certificate.
- xii. Self attested copy of Odia passing certificate (if candidate has not passed Odia subject during the course of study).
- xiii. Self attested copy of certificate claiming under special reserved category.
- Note: Non-compliance with any of the requirements mentioned in the advertisement, including non-submission of documents, will render his/her application liable for rejection. If the application is found defective/incomplete in any respect, the same will be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Appointment to the posts is subject to the outcome of W.P.(C) No. 1273/2014 pending before the Hon’ble Orissa High Court, Cuttack.
